Kristin Craft grew up in Denver, Colorado loving sports and being outdoors. She graduated with a bachelors degree in Marketing and moved to Texas in 2004. She is a graduate from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences Doctorate of Physical Therapy program. Kristin currently holds Therapy Certifications in

Kristin has extensive experience in working with individuals suffering from orthopedic pain and injuries from both chronic and acute conditions. She has worked with all levels of competitors from professional sports and olympic athletes, weekend warriors, fitness newbies and geriatrics.
Kristin is still active and continues to work towards her own fitness goals. She currently lives in Flower Mound, TX with her husband and 2 kids.
